The daily planner comprises 150 pages; the left-hand pages containing a to-do list, shopping list, daily goals, water intake log an areas to focus you for the following day alternating with the right-hand pages of ruled note paper.

The Notebook option however has all 150 pages dedicated to notes with ruled paper.

Both versions are beautifully printed carrying the Serene design and colour of the chosen cover and are printed on a tactile off-white book wove paper which perfectly compliments the collection.
