Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, our photo books are delivered all around the world by FedEx and Royal Mail International although it may take a few more days. There is a choice of Priority, Tracked or Untracked. There may possibly be an extra customs charge, depending on the country. The postage will be amended at checkout.

What delivery methods are available?

We send our products out through either FedEx for UK-based orders, or either FedEx or Royal Mail International for international orders.

My photobook hasn't arrived yet! What can I do?

If your order has been delayed for any reason, we will contact you and give you a new estimated delivery date. Deliveries can take a little longer to more rural areas. If you don’t hear from us contact customer services from the contact us form on the website with your full name and order number.

I gave the wrong address, can I change it?

If you’ve made a mistake entering your delivery address, don’t worry. Just call us at 01733 237867 and speak to one of our team to have them point your order in the right direction!

Does the estimated delivery time include weekends or bank holidays?

No – the estimated delivery time only includes working days. Our orders may take a few days to produce and deliver. Once an order has been sent out, we cannot guarantee an exact number of days to delivery, only tracking if the order is sent through FedEx.

What if I'm not at home?

Don’t worry, if you are not at home a card will be left for you to contact the delivery team and rearrange delivery.


How do I redeem a coupon code?

After designing your Photobubble product and adding it to your cart, you’ll see a list of all items currently in your cart. Just below this is a field where you can add your coupon code. Just press ‘Apply Coupon’ to apply the discount. Don’t worry if you miss it – you’ll get another chance to apply your coupon when you go through to the checkout.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through Stripe, which accepts major cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and American Express.

We’re excited to announce that we now also support Clearpay! Clearpay allows you to pay for a product in four instalments over a longer period of time, rather than all at once. Simply choose ‘Checkout with Clearpay’ at your basket.

Can I place my order on mobile?

Yes, you can complete your whole order – from creating your photobook or calendar to placing your order – on our website on mobile, tablet or desktop.

Photo Upload

How can I upload photos from Facebook?

When you’ve decided on the photobook you want to create, select ‘Customize’. This will take you to our photobook maker. After you choose your layout, click ‘Photo’ on the left bar, and then ‘Connect to Facebook’. This should automatically connect to Facebook – if not, you may need to log into your Facebook account first.


Can I have my photos printed in black and white?

Yes! In our list of tools in the editor, you’ll see a ‘filters’ option. One of our filters allows you to switch your colour photos into grayscale, and we have several others for sepia, polaroid, and more!
